[Gov] Events Executive (Operations & Production)

Contract Period: ASAP – Mar 2027 Location: Central Region / Event Sites Working Hours: Office hours, with evening & weekend work during rehearsals and event periods

🎪 Responsibilities Support event planning and on-ground execution for rehearsals, performances and related events Coordinate performing groups, volunteers, vendors and stakeholders on schedules and event requirements Assist with venue operations, crowd management, logistics and event set-up Support production and multimedia requirements , including content and live-event coordination Handle event administration, documentation and follow-ups

🧩 Requirements Min Diploma with 1-2 years’ experience in events, production, logistics or multimedia Comfortable with hands-on work and evening/weekend schedules during event periods
