Thai Education Consultant – Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to customers via phone and arrange suitable trial classes according to their needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and the Pancake chat application.
• Coordinate class openings and schedule classes accordingly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Support team members when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in sales.
• Proficient in Thai language.
• Able to work full-time, 6 days a week (online work).
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in work.
• Energetic, proactive, and possess a “can-do” attitude (always ready for new challenges).
• Clear goal-oriented, hardworking, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
