Production Maintenance

• Plan and develop, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and related equipment.
• Support production operations by ensuring that production machinery and plant equipment are reliable and maintained in optimal operating condition.
• Develop and support internal audit and control systems related to preventive maintenance, spare-parts management, equipment history, and maintenance records.
• Ensure effective team performance by leading, motivating, supervising, and managing team members efficiently.

Coach and develop the technical knowledge, skills and performance of subordinates.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a food manufacturing factory will be given special consideration. Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, occupational health and safety, and food factory hygiene requirements would be an advantage. Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, spare-parts management and equipment troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
