The Mentorship Program Coordinator (MPC) is responsible for the overall administration of the Program, including program purchases, Education and Training Incentive (ETI) for all participants, proposal writing, and reporting. This position will be responsible for the participant recruitment and selection, designing, coordinating, and facilitating a training program sensitive to the needs of the participants. The MPC will be responsible for monitoring the reports from other employees working on the program while providing support when needed.
