Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by setting sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, professional work environment.
• Customer Excellence: Ensure the team provides top-tier service.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee deliveries, and minimize shrinkage through rigorous auditing.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements strategies
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Must fluent in English
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure reports and data are accurate.
• Attributes: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays).
