Currently, we are looking for you as

Purchase Coordinator (m/w/d)

unlimited – full time – 40 hour-contract

Your mission:

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our cutting-edge helicopter engine operations, ensuring we have the right materials at the right time to power innovation in aviation.

Your tasks in detail:

Processing purchase orders

Researching and negotiating with suppliers

Ensuring timely deliveries

Conduct market research

Analyze quotations and prepare reports to optimize cost savings

Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure compliance with policies

Continuously improve our Purchase processes

Support purchasing projects and troubleshoot issues as they arise

What You Bring With You:

Finished apprenticeship in the field of finance or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken

Proficiency in O365 and SAP

Advanced contract knowledge

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Teamplayer mindset with readiness to share knowledge and expertise across functional boundaries
