Fashion Designer Internship
Safari Wonders is looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to develop innovative apparel and merchandise collections, from concept and design to production, while ensuring alignment with our brand identity and customer needs.
Job Description
- Assist in researching fashion trends, colors, materials, and design references.
- Support the creation of mood boards, collection concepts, and product development ideas.
- Assist in designing apparel and fashion accessories under the guidance of the design team.
- Help prepare artwork, technical packs (tech packs), and production-related documents.
- Support product sampling processes and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist in reviewing product designs, measurements, and construction details.
- Collaborate with the Designer team and related departments throughout the product development process.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Fashion Design, Product Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of fashion design and apparel product development processes.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and merchandise.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A design portfolio is a plus.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
