FULL TIME RESTAURANT-FOOD SERVICE

Job Duties:
- Analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to 3 years in food service sector and Supervisory experience required.
