Quantity Surveyor (Engineering)

Job Description Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for project planning and execution Manage contracts andnegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to control costs Coordinate with siteteams, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects Review and negotiate quotes; support timely award of subcontracts and supply orders Report project costs, forecasts, and financial outcomes Handle ad-hoc project tasks as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively within teams and independently Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Positive, proactive, and meticulous work attitude with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
