Customer Service Executive

Handle job creation and monitor the progress for necessary updates throughout shipment process Preparing of full sets shipment documents for Export / Import and Cross Trade. Handle various type of Cargo Clearance Permits declaration via Tradenet system. Assist in procurement of services as required by customers or Sales. Execution of customers’ orders for export Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and delivery whenever required Co-ordinate with overseas agent to ensure the cargo is promptly delivered Shipment entry in In-House TMS Sending of Pre-alert documents to overseas offices/ agents and customers whenever required Invoicing to customer Arranging insurance if required and assisting the client in the event of a claim Coordination with sales or overseas agents / offices for service rendered Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment Provide good customer service to customers and assist in tracking and managing their shipments
