Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Lead, based in Lagos. The Visual Merchandising Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and effective visual displays that align with the brand identity and maximize product appeal. Key tasks include analyzing store layouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing seasonal merchandising plans, and training in-store teams on display standards. The role requires maintaining consistency across multiple store locations while monitoring and improving customer engagement through strategic visual merchandising.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure a world-class shopping experience for clients Experience in Retail Sales and Sales with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and provide clear directions to team members Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and design aesthetics Proven ability to manage multiple stores and projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in fashion retail or merchandising is advantageous Strong organizational
