General Accountant

1. Ensure that final costing of all Purchase Orders that arrived in warehouse are done timely and properly.

1. Prepare and submit monthly management reports such as Peso Sales Statistics per Business Unit, per Technical Sales Representative and Client Ranking Report.

1. Responsible for the timely computation, e-filing and e-payment of various tax returns including e-submission of required attachments of all tax returns.

1. Ensure updating of summary of tax returns and ensure LAF filing of all tax returns with complete attachments such as proof of payment, e-submission validation acknowledgement receipt, printed excel report.

1. Facilitate timely renewal of Business Permits annually

1. In-charge with Inventory Management and Reconciliation per NAV and actual count

1. Prepare and submit accurate Weekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation in a timely manner

1. Responsible for the updating of Master list of Accounting records and proper labelling of files.

1. All other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

MUST be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate

With atleast 3 years of experience in handling full accounting cycle;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
