Job Description:
- Review the SOW, estimations, drawings, specifications, and BOQ and define project objectives and requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, target budgets, QAQC documents, histograms, manpower allocation, etc.
- Implement, schedule, and perform regular inspections of equipment and tools and maintain tracking records.
- Act as a technical and operational point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Facilitate issue resolution, change management, and technical clarifications.
- Forecast and obtain work/access permits from appropriate authorities through the project’s coordinator.
- Male, 45 years old or below
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical expertise in surface preparation, epoxy/polyurethane systems, and structural concrete repair
- Proven experience managing multiple project teams and coordinating field operations
