About the Client: A leading leisure operator in the UAE, managing championship courses, luxury clubhouses, and landscaped facilities

-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. -Recommend and upsell beverages, signature cocktails, and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. -Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, cash handling, and POS transactions while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. -Support daily bar operations by replenishing inventory, preparing mise en place, and collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations -Open to Asian female candidates, aged 38 years old and below, with at least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, hotel, sports, or entertainment venue. Strong home-country experience is welcome. -Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, beers, mocktails, beverage presentation, and responsible alcohol service. -Excellent customer service, communication, and upselling skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. -Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late-night operations.
