AIR CRAFT PILOT

Will be responsible to put in place a ground training setup that, while adhering to the rules, regulations and requirements of the concerned regulatory bodies Would also meet the company vision of high quality training Has first-hand daily contact with the student Will be the most influential element in shaping the learning attitudinal characteristics in the trainee He therefore inherently carries enormous responsibilities that impact on student growth and development Responsible to ensure that flight training meets the highest of standards, by ensuring that their own standards of skills and knowledge remain updated and current

Qualifications/Requirements: Has to be a dedicated and proficient aviation professional, capable of meeting the challenging demands of ground school training He also needs to be a human resource manager, capable of exhorting the best out of the available number of GI's He also needs to be adept at visualising, planning and implementing policies, orders and directives towards smooth and efficient functioning of academy ground training activities Shall hold a professional pilot license and rating (s) in accordance with Part 2 PCAR related to the flying training courses An instructor rating in accordance with Part 2 PCAR relevant to the course being conducted e.g. flight instructor, flight instrument rating instructor, instructor for additional class or type of ratings, instructor for synthetic flight training as appropriate
