Shape the future of rewards at Royal Terberg Group

As Senior Manager Global Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing Royal Terberg Group's reward agenda across our international organisation. As the Group's leading expert on Compensation & Benefits, you will help ensure that our reward frameworks support business objectives, strengthen fairness and transparency, and enable Terberg to attract and retain talent.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will regularly prepare analyses and recommendations for senior HR, Finance and business leadership. You will contribute to Group-wide people governance and work closely with divisional and country HR teams.

This is a senior individual-contributor role without direct line management responsibility. Your impact will come through expertise, structure and influence across countries and divisions.

The role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity for an experienced rewards professional who combines analytical depth and business understanding with the ability to create alignment in an international organisation. You will help build a future-ready reward foundation, strengthen HR data maturity and translate people data into insights that support reward decisions, sustainability reporting and long-term business growth.
