For our client Brewery Bavaria, we are looking for motivated machine operators who are ready to work in a 3-shift system. Do you already have experience in production or logistics and want to take the next step in your career? Or are you completely new but eager to learn a skilled trade? In both cases, we'd love to meet you!

As a machine operator in Bavaria's bottling plant, every shift begins with a short team meeting where you and your colleagues discuss the latest updates: ongoing orders, open tasks, and any technical issues. After that, you head to your workstation for a dynamic and varied workday.

Your tasks include:

• Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions
• Rebuilding machines together with colleagues
• Performing maintenance work
• Refilling cardboard and plastic supplies
• Carrying out quality checks.
• And, of course, keeping your workplace clean and safe

New to the job? No problem! You'll receive thorough training from your team leader and experienced instructors. Most roles have a 4-week onboarding program to get you fully up to speed with the bottling plant and its machinery.

Shift schedule in the bottling plant:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

After the tour...

You will follow the Flowsparks e-learning course after the tour, once both parties are satisfied. During this tour (approximately 1 hour), you will gain a better understanding of the company and its activities.

If the tour goes well, you will complete the e-learning courses. These take approximately 3 hours in total. Please note that you will need to schedule approximately half a day (4 hours) for the tour and e-learning courses on this day.
