Mechanical Maintenance and Reliability Engineer (Condition Monitoring / Vibration analysis) £45,000 - £55,000 + Accredited Technical Training Including ISO 10816 + Bonus (up to 15K) + Overtime (1.5x/2x Pay)+ Progression Into Management + Hybrid Working + UK Travel Blackburn, Lancashire (Hybrid - Office and Field based) Are you a Mechanical Reliability / Rotating Equipment Engineer or similar looking to take the next step in your career with full training and development to become a Technical Specialist in Machinery Conditioning and Vibration analysis with a Set Progression plan in place including salary increases and promotion into Technical Management? This is a rare opportunity to join an expanding International Engineering business who will invest heavily in your technical development, including industry-recognised vibration analysis training. You do not need to already be a fully qualified vibration specialist, provided you have a strong mechanical understanding of rotating machinery and fault finding. You will spend your initial months receiving extensive product and technical training before gradually taking responsibility for customer sites across the UK. With an approved five-year growth plan and continued investment in the UK operation, there is significant scope to develop into increasingly senior technical positions, including longer-term progression towards Technical Manager.
