Roof N Stop Ltd is a leading supplier of roofing and construction materials across Ireland. We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and team performance across our Dublin facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring high productivity and strict health & safety compliance.
• Oversee safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for roofing and heavy construction products.
• Manage stock control systems, inventory accuracy, stock rotation and supply chain coordination.
• Conduct audits, performance reviews and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or logistics (building materials sector advantageous).
• Valid Forklift Certification (essential).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory best practices.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
