Senior CIM\MES Software Engineer

About the Role:

Join our global team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solutions. You will be instrumental in building mission-critical software that drives digital transformation and Industry 4.0 for our diverse international clients, primarily in the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software development for MES\CIM products, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop robust, high-quality solutions using technologies such as C#, Java, Vue.js, and SQL.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including source code, test plans, and deployment packages.
• Collaborate effectively with a global project team, including project managers, product leads, and international colleagues, to ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to local\overseas projects simultaneously, adapting to various client environments and technical challenges.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven programming proficiency is mandatory, with strong skills in one or more of: C#, Java, Vue.js, or SQL.
• Full professional fluency in English, able to deal with mandarin-speaking customers.
• Extensive travel flexibility: Must be able to travel for overseas project assignments lasting several months.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge or experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing softwares, digital transformation, or AI/ML applications in manufacturing.
• Experience working within a global or cross-cultural team environment.
