  1. POSITION SUMMARY

Roi Systems Limited is seeking a highly energetic, creative and customer-focused Sales & Digital Content Executive. The role combines retail sales, customer service, digital content creation and professional laptop sticker installation.

  1. SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Sell laptops, chargers, laptop accessories, Oraimo products, Hisense products, laptop stickers and other electronics.
  • Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate products and explain specifications.
  • Follow up leads and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations/invoices where required.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and promote new products.
  1. CONTENT CREATION – KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Content creation is a core responsibility. Create regular content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms; photograph and film products; create product demonstrations and laptop sticker installation videos; write captions and product descriptions; identify relevant trends; participate in promotional videos where appropriate; and help convert online engagement into customer enquiries and sales.

  1. LAPTOP STICKER INSTALLATION

Professionally install laptop stickers: prepare laptops, measure and position accurately, apply stickers without bubbles or wrinkles, remove old stickers where required, handle customer laptops carefully, maintain cleanliness, inspect completed work and report any damage immediately.

  1. ONLINE SALES

Support sales through Jumia, Jiji, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other company platforms. Upload products, respond to enquiries, follow up leads, update product information and assist with online orders.

  1. SHOP OPERATIONS

Maintain a clean sales environment; assist with product displays; support stock-taking; handle products carefully; report damaged, missing or defective products; assist with opening/closing procedures; and follow company policies.

  1. PAYMENTS & SALES RECORDS

Record every sale; handle payments through authorized company channels; issue receipts/invoices; ensure cash and M-Pesa transactions correspond with sales; never receive company payments into a personal account without authorization; and report discrepancies immediately.

  1. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Consistent punctuality; excellent customer service; achievement of agreed sales targets; regular, high-quality content; growth in online enquiries and engagement; professional sticker installation; accurate sales records; good product knowledge; and compliance with company procedures.

  1. REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong communication and sales skills; creativity and social-media interest; basic photography/video skills; ability to edit short-form videos; confidence appearing in promotional videos where required; attention to detail; ability to install laptop stickers neatly; basic laptop/electronics knowledge; and ability to learn products quickly.

  1. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum KCSE qualification. Retail, sales, electronics or digital-marketing experience is an advantage. Demonstrable social-media/content-creation ability and experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels or Facebook are an advantage.

  1. WORKING HOURS

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Occasional additional hours or weekend work may be required where reasonably necessary for business operations, subject to applicable employment requirements.

  1. REMUNERATION

Salary and any applicable commission or performance incentives shall be communicated to the successful candidate in the employment contract.
