Location: Worcester

Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 basic + £4,200 car allowance + uncapped commission

My client is a well established recruitment business with an excellent reputation and is looking to appoint two experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their successful Driving division in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter with Driving, Logistics or Industrial recruitment experience who is looking to join a supportive business that rewards success and offers genuine career progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing a busy Driving recruitment desk, developing new business opportunities while building long term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business and winning new clients.
• Managing and growing an existing client base.
• Recruiting temporary and permanent driving professionals.
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conducting client visits and maintaining regular contact.
• Negotiating terms and closing business opportunities.
• Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales and performance targets.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous recruitment experience within Driving, Logistics or Industrial recruitment would be advantageous.

• A proven track record of billing and business development.
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for winning new business.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.
