Arbeidsoppgaver

Key*responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes, standards, and quality requirements
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen organization
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Support the Head Chef and kitchen team with daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience with Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required
