Job Description

As a Homeroom Teacher at Riffa Views International School, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners. You will plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering inquiry-based learning across multiple subject areas.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification of Diploma in Education or related field

At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international school setting

Strong knowledge and understanding of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)

Ability to design and deliver cross-curricular lessons that promote inquiry and critical thinking

Excellent classroom management skills with a student-centered approach

Effective communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues

Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool
