We develop, produce and

sell products primarily in

sun protection and anti-

perspirants in the form of

our branded products P20

and Perspirex.

through local distributors

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a result driven, open

to change HR Manager who can help

bring safe and efficient products to

the market.

Do you want to be a key asset in

supporting the successful operation

of the business and its service to

customers?

You will be instrumental in supporting

our growing workforce and contributing

to our ongoing success.

You will report to the CEO and will be a

dedicated HR resource in the company.

This means that you will have a broad

set of responsibilities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the people,

organisation, and administration

agenda, both factory and office

function

Hands-on HR Manager and the

sparring partner to the CEO and

management team within HR related

topics

Be visible in the organisation

through a trustworthy and

supportive appearance

Ensure and support succession

planning, talent and competence

development including annual

PDP (people development plans)

to support business goals and

strategy in both operations and

office

Overall responsible for designing

and implementing HR annual wheel

Be the go-to person on Danish

labour law and handle labour

relations (larger overarching nego-

tiations, collective agreements,

organisational restructure) and other

key people matters for employees

and managers

Support recruitment work in close

corporation with hiring manager

Drive administrative tasks within HR

including design, implementation

and training in well-defined HR

processes, i.e. onboarding and

offboarding, interviews, people

development plans and payroll

processes

Responsible for maintaining and

updating our employee handbook

in alignment with PortCo policies.

Secure compliance to labour law/

GDPR compliance regarding our

people processes and be the

GDPR coordinator for the rest of

the organisation

Actively participate in our Working

Environment Commitee to secure

optimal psychical and physical

working environment and coordinate

EHS initiatives and work together

with local management.

Overall responsible for annual/bi-

annual surveys and act upon findings

Responsible for implementation

of PortCo Health HR policies and

processes as

Member of the Health HR Network

Ensure that the company has

compensation models in line with

market and PortCo policy

Contributing to HR projects initiated

by PortCo Health

YOUR SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree within Human

Resources, Business Administration

and/or Economics

Minimum 7 years’ experience from

a similar HR position

Experience from strategic and

tactical HR work

Solid presentation skills and a solid

track record of presenting complex

information in an “easy to under-

stand way” to senior management

and other stakeholders

Leader and employee coaching

Change management

Training sessions and workshops

Excellent Excel and PPT skills,

very comfortable with different

HR systems and tools

Fluency in English and other

Scandinavian languages –

verbal and written
