Beauty Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for service-oriented BeautyTherapists to join our health and wellness team. You will provide personalisedbeauty and body-care treatments, help clients understand suitable services anddeliver a comfortable, professional treatment experience.

Candidates with relevant experience arewelcome. Applicants who are new to the industry and willing to learn are alsoencouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand beauty and body-care needs.
• Perform beauty and body-care treatments according to company training, treatment protocols and hygiene standards.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare advice and suitable service options clearly.
• Check for relevant contraindications before treatments and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records.
• Keep treatment rooms, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Build positive client relationships and support follow-up appointments.
• Work with the outlet team to achieve service-quality and performance goals.

Requirements

• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications or experience are preferred.
• A strong interest in beauty, health and wellness.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• A caring, professional approach and willingness to learn.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to conduct consultations, explain treatment procedures and communicate aftercare and safety instructions to Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
