Studio & Academy Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the security, scheduling, and preventative maintenance of multi-million Naira audio, video, and power assets. Commercial Growth: Actively market and book the rehearsal, recording, and live-streaming studios; pitch premium streaming packages to corporate clients and brands. Academic Oversight: Supervise the school coordinator to ensure curriculum execution, handle student enrollment drives, and manage contract instructor timetables. Financial Management: Handle day-to-day cash flows, maintain the operational budget, and ensure strict accountability for studio deposits and tuition fees. Team Leadership: Manage front desk personnel, audio/video technicians, and part-time faculty to maintain an exceptional client and student experience.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience managing a multi-room facility (e.g., recording studios, media houses, co-working spaces, private schools, or premium event venues). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Creative Arts, Entertainment Business, or a related field. Skills: Excellent command of digital tools (studio booking apps, Excel, Trello/Asana). Strong financial literacy (P&L tracking, cash flow management). Personality: Highly disciplined, calm under high-pressure scenarios, and possessing zero tolerance for logistical disorder.
