Your mission Guest Service Agent at REMS  Responsibilities Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls). Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in). Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..). Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.). Cover the reception of the guests in our office. Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs. Conditions and Benefits Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (Depending on companies needs). Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month. Mostly/ All evening shifts. Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 25H/ Week. Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile. Days off: 2 days per week. Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 25.000 EUR annually. Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues. Having strong customer relationship capabilities. Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).T Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus. Driving licence is a plus.
