Requirement :

• Max. 26 Years old.
• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communication/ DKV/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Have experience in related position min. 2 years.
• Experience of social media platform as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• •ave a good knowledge of the latest social media trends.
• strong understanding of marketing strategy content.
• Fluent writing skills, copywriting, storytelling, etc.
• Able to create creative content by pictures and video output.
• Creative, passionate, food & beverages enthusiast.
• Have a good taste and sense of art.
• Able to do the Recruitment process in the Remboelan Group Head Office.

Job Desc :

• Manage all company social media platforms, including scheduling, content creation, publishing, reporting insights, complaints, and feedback.
• Make a content schedule plan that will be shared on Remboelan Group's social media platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and related departments to prepare promotional materials, including photoshoots, design, printing, distribution of promotional media, and socialization of promotional programs.
• Produce descriptions for every creative content or promotional content posted on social media.
• Reporting track of insights that every platform developed periodically.
• Implementing promotions (Ads Budgeting and Marketing Strategy).
• Provide recommendations for social media strategies based on trends.
• Actively contribute creative ideas to improve or update social media.
• Maintain relationships with the followers and others' accounts related to company needs.
