Call Center Agent

Regalis Advisory LLC is an Armenian company providing customer service and operations support to clients in the wellness and medical spa industry. We are building a remote team in Armenia and are looking for professional, motivated customer service agents to join us on a freelance contract basis. This is a fully remote role for someone with excellent English communication skills and strong phone experience. You will handle inbound calls from new clients and leads, answer questions about wellness and medical spa services, and assist clients with booking appointments. There is no cold calling involved. We are looking for someone friendly, organized, and confident on the phone throughout the workday. 

Answer inbound calls from new clients and leads Provide information about treatments and services

Help clients schedule appointments and guide them through the booking process

Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every caller

Follow up with interested leads when needed

Maintain friendly and professional communication at all times

Accurately update client information in the CRM system

Work closely with the team to support daily operations

Fluent or near-native English (American accent strongly preferred)

Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or phone-based role

Strong communication and phone skills

Comfortable handling calls throughout the shift

Positive attitude and professional manner

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and CRM navigation skills

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet remote work setup

Preferred:

Experience in medical spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries

Professional Skills:

CRM, customer service, data entry, phone communication, appointment scheduling, email correspondence

Personal Skills:

Engagement type:

Independent contractor (freelance) with Regalis Advisory LLC Contractors are required to be registered as individual entrepreneurs (ԱՁ / Individual Entrepreneur) in Armenia. If you are not yet registered, we will guide you through the process — registration is simple and we will reimburse the registration fee. Monthly payment in USD or AMD equivalent, on a fixed monthly schedule

Schedule:

5 working days per week (Monday–Friday) Working hours: 18:00 – 02:00 Yerevan time (evening/night shift, aligned with our clients' business hours) Optional 6th working day available with additional compensation

Compensation:

Monthly contractor fee: $1,200 – $1,500 USD (net), depending on experience Performance-based bonuses available
