Digital Content Producer

The role We're looking for a Digital Content Producer to plan, create and publish content that grows our audience and brand. You'll own short-form video and social content from idea to final post, working fast and using the latest tools. What you'll do Produce short-form video and social content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Plan, shoot and edit content, from concept and script to final cut. Create trailers, teasers, promos and cut-downs for campaigns and launches. Capture behind-the-scenes, event and team content. Write captions, hooks and short-form copy. Manage the content calendar and publish on schedule. Track content performance and use the results to improve. Use AI and creative tools to speed up production while keeping quality high. Coordinate freelancers, talent and crew for shoots. What you'll bring 3–5 years producing digital, social or video content at a brand, agency, media company or as a creator. Strong editing skills in tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut. Confident with cameras, lighting and audio for small shoots. A portfolio of content with clear results. Up to date on social platforms, trends and formats. Organised, quick and able to own projects end to end. Nice to have Motion graphics skills Experience with generative AI tools for image, video or audio. Experience in media, entertainment or creative industries.
