PPA Teacher / HLTA (KS2) - Long-Term Opportunity DN7 Area

Start: After October Half-Term | Until End of Academic Year From £140 per day

Are you an enthusiastic Teacher or experienced HLTA looking for a long-term role in a welcoming primary school? We are working with a fantastic primary school in the DN7 area seeking a confident and adaptable professional to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 2 from after October half-term through to the end of the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school team where you can make a positive impact across multiple year groups while enjoying the variety that PPA cover brings.

The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS2 classes
• Provide high-quality PPA cover on a planned timetable
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Follow the National Curriculum and school policies
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Effectively manage behaviour and promote excellent learning standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an experienced HLTA qualification
• Strong working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Confident teaching across Key Stage 2
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils
• Committed to providing high-quality learning experiences
