Administrator (HR)
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our client’s team. Reporting to the HR Department, the Centre Administrator will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a clean, efficient and welcoming centre/office environment.
The role will also support employee-related activities and initiatives, including team bonding activities, to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage centre procurement and vendor relationships
- Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence and incoming/outgoing packages
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support HR administration and basic bookkeeping activities
- Maintain and update personnel, financial and other records/databases
- Manage provision/voucher collection for clients
- Prepare reports, presentations and proposals as assigned
Centre Management
- Manage centre supplies, equipment, insurance and vendor relationships
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe and well-maintained
- Coordinate with office cleaning and sanitation service providers
- Monitor centre upkeep, cleanliness and hygiene standards
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee-related activities and initiatives
- Organise team bonding activities and other staff engagement activities
Event & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate logistics and F&B arrangements for events, workshops and outreach activities
- Liaise with external vendors and partners for event support when required
Compliance & General Administration
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec qualification, preferably in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in office, centre or administrative operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in facilities or centre management will be an advantage
- Positive attitude, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
