📍 Location: Toh Guan Road (Jurong East) 💰 Salary: Up to S$4,000/month + Transport Allowance (S$60–S$110) + AWS + Variable Bonus 🕒 Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilities
As an Application Officer , you will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's Information Systems to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist the IS Senior Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT services.
- Lead or participate in application development and system maintenance projects.
- Develop and maintain business applications following established software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Perform system analysis, programming, testing, implementation, documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Support the maintenance of IS department Quality, Environmental, Management System (QEMS) documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and IT solutions to improve business processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company environmental policies and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the IS Senior Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min 2 years of experience in software development or application support.
- Proficiency in C# (.NET) and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
