Counterbalance Forklift & Warehouse Operative

Location: Great Staughton, near St Neots Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 6:00am start Duration: Temporary until the end of October Pay: £13.75ph/Weekly pay

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift & Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Great Staughton, near St Neots .This is a temporary position running until the end of October , working 40 hours per week with a 6:00am start .The role will involve a mixture of Counterbalance forklift driving and general warehouse duties , so candidates should be comfortable working across different areas of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving and storing stock around the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous Counterbalance forklift experience .
• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work the 6:00am start .
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical warehouse work.
