KYC / SOW ANALYST – PRIVATE BANKING | PERMANENT

📍 Asia Square / CBD 💰 Up to $5,500/month 📅 Permanent Position 🌴 22 Days Annual Leave + 1 Birthday Leave ⭐ Junior-level opportunity

SOW experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Source of Wealth (SOW) assessments and document findings in accordance with CDD and regulatory requirements
• Review and remediate existing KYC records relating to SOW and identify documentation gaps
• Review CDD information including SOW / Source of Funds (SOF) and supporting documentation for new and existing clients
• Support periodic KYC reviews and conduct client risk assessments
• Perform enhanced due diligence ( EDD ) for higher-risk clients, including PEPs and clients from higher-risk jurisdictions
• Identify potential KYC risks and escalate issues where required
• Work closely with Compliance, Operations and Relationship Managers on remediation cases
• Track outstanding SOW verification cases and remediation progress
• Analyse client data to identify cases requiring remediation and prioritise according to risk
• Prepare remediation progress and status reports for management
• Ensure KYC/CDD work is performed in accordance with applicable AML/KYC policies and MAS regulatory standards
