Job Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and financial matters.
- Work closely with the regional accounting team to ensure timely month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
- Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
- Handle GST and withholding tax submissions and related documentation.
- Support treasury and banking activities, including liaison with banks.
- Coordinate quarterly and year-end stock takes and fixed asset sighting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and follow up on audit matters.
- Support financial and process improvement projects.
- Provide accounting and financial support to various departments and business units.
- Assist with year-end tax filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Details
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to $4700 + 1 month completion bonus
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software; Oracle experience is preferred .
