Facilities Technician (East, 12-hr shift)

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for facility systems, including cooling and heating systems, compressed air, vacuum, ACMV and cleanroom equipment. Support Engineers with troubleshooting, operational issues and maintenance activities to ensure reliable facility operations. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors when required. Monitor facility systems and respond to abnormalities to minimise operational disruptions. Comply with workplace safety, cleanroom and maintenance procedures. Requirements: Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance or manufacturing, within a semiconductor or cleanroom environment. Must be willing and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
