Business Intelligence Analyst II / Qlik / Qlik Cloud

RAY • ALLEN is looking for a skilled Qlik Cloud Developer to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You'll work with data from multiple sources and own the full analytical process, from extraction, transformation, and validation through modeling, reporting, and visualization.

Working from Jira stories, you'll fix bugs, build enhancements, and help keep our BI environment scalable, flexible, and ready for future business needs. You'll also have the chance to spot improvement opportunities and, depending on experience, guide other team members and lead selected initiatives.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders, and helping organizations make better data-driven decisions.

Requirements

University degree and 4 to 8 years of related experience; post-graduate education is a plus

Hands-on Qlik development experience , including writing transformations in Qlik script

Comfortable extracting data through a variety of API connections

Able to design and build efficient, well-structured data models

Familiar with Agile workflows and Jira

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code , or a strong interest in adopting them

Experience with Python or Qlik-CLI is a strong plus, particularly for automating deployments, managing Qlik environments, or building scripts that support data workflows

Detail-oriented, able to work independently from written requirements and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Strong time management and communication skills with internal and external teams

Understanding of IT asset management , networking equipment, and contract management (current or emerging)

Must have: Qlik, SQL, Python, Excel, VBA, Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense

Nice to have: PowerBI
