Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise
- Upsell products to customers based on their needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Minimum 2 year experience as a retail clerk or in retail management is required
- Painting Skill is preferred
- Strong market awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic administrative skills for record-keeping and inventory management
- Ability to recruit potential customers through engaging interactions
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to convey product information clearly
- Experience with cash handling procedures and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluent at least one of below language: Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean/French
