Collections Call Center Agents - Rotating Shifts

We are looking for experienced Collections Call Center Agents to join our growing team in an on-site work environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – will be tested)
• Proven call center experience in Collections (loans, credit cards, or banking campaigns preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations
• Valid work permit (for foreign candidates)
• Availability to work rotating shifts (7am-9pm)
