Art Director / Creative Director (Remote / WFH)

We're on the lookout for a talented Art Director / Creative Director to join our creative tam - Remotely.

In this role, you'll take the lead in developing impactful visual across digital, print, branding, and campaign work. You'll also get a chance to share creative direction, guide junior and senior designrs, and work closely with a dynamic team that values fresh ideas, collaboration, and great design thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative campaigns for clients.
• Ensure that campaigns are aligned with client objectives and effectively resonate with their target audience.
• Lead and inspire the design teams, driving innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional work, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the design teams.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct thorough reviews and feedback sessions with the creative team to ensure that the creative output meets the highest standards of excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Charismatic personality with a keen creative eye and a comprehensive understanding of conceptualization, ideas, and objectives.
• Demonstrates both creative and critical thinking abilities, showcasing a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in sketching to articulate and visualize conceptual ideas
• Capable of strategic planning and adaptability to dynamic situations.
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Thrives in high-pressure and stressful environments, delivering results effectively.
• Team player mindset, collaborating seamlessly across teams to achieve common goals.
