Job Summary Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules. Coordinate with site operations staff and manage subcontractors and workers to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth operations and timely progress Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards Collaborate with site operations staff to align work with project schedules and milestones Verify that installations follow construction drawings accurately to meet design specifications Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project requirements and scope Lead and direct workers in executing site tasks efficiently and safely Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support project objectives
