WOOD PROCESSING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities Supervise daily wood processing and production operations. Coordinate workflow and ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor quality standards and workplace safety compliance. Assign and oversee work performed by production staff. Maintain production records and operational reports. Support operational requirements and production schedules as assigned. Work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and public holidays when required to meet operational needs and project deadlines. Requirements Relevant experience in manufacturing, production, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or related industries. Ability to supervise and coordinate production activities. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required by operational needs. Committed to workplace safety and quality standards.
