Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured one-year graduate trainee programme, completing assigned training, rotations, and development activities. Assist with engineering projects by supporting design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers. Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to solve practical problems while continuously developing professional competencies. Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, records, drawings, and other project documentation as required. Comply with all organisational policies, engineering standards, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support project objectives. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and the successful completion of all assigned tasks and training objectives

Requirements:

Minimum of B.Eng. in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Completed the NYSC programme.

Minimum of  2–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a relevant engineering field.

Must be between 25–28 years of age.

Eager to learn, adaptable, and possess good analytical and communication skills.
