Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Responsible for semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry NTI/NPI to HVM environment
- Oversees process development, qualification, continuous improvement for silicon manufacturing technologies
- Work closely with product engineering team to drive foundry on wafer yield improvement initiatives using SPC and data-driven methodologies
- Support Corp team (SFE, DE, BU PM) on technology transfer and/or product qualification from NTI/NPI to HVM
- Collaborate with SFE and Quality to ensure process robustness, manufacturability and Quality Compliance, including Change Management
- Joint-effort with SQE as first responders on problem solving on quality issues and co-lead Task Force team on rapid response to quality escalation issues
- Support Sourcing on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years or more prior experience for the semiconductor industry
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skill
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with focus on quality, yield and delivery
- Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root-Cause Analysis methodologies
