CORPORATE DIRECTOR

INTERNAL POSITION TITLE: Center Director (Japanese Language Operations)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage the overall business operations and strategic planning of PW Philippines Corporation
• Formulate and execute macro-level sales activities, structural operational frameworks, personnel allocation, and corporate revenue management
• Coordinate directly with high-level relevant organizations, foreign stakeholders, and institutional partners.
• Spearhead all other general high-level oversight tasks necessary for executive corporate management and organizational scaling.
• This executive role requires senior management oversight combined with a native understanding of Japanese business environments to successfully manage corporate relations with overseas stakeholders and specialized curriculum frameworks.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Language: Native-level Japanese language proficiency and excellent English communication skills
• Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of progressive corporate management experience.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in business operations, sales, personnel and revenue management, strategic planning and Japanese-Philippines business relations.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated background and track record in managing high-level Japanese-Philippines corporate and business relations.
