Estimator Intern

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in construction project cost estimates
• Ability to read and understand working drawings (working drawings and tender drawings)
• Proficient in RAB (Cost Budget Plan) calculations and unit price analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (proficient), AutoCAD, and estimation software (value added)
• Understanding of tender administration documents (administrative, technical, and commercial)
• Thorough, A able to work within deadlinesbility to analyze prices and calculate project costs
• Strong communication, coordination skills
• Able to work individually or in a limited time

Key Responsibilities :

• Study tender documents (RKS, drawings, BOQ, etc.)
• Calculate work volumes and prepare AHSP, RAB (Work Plan), TKDN
• Prepare tender administrative documents and ensure they meet requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with the project team to ensure data completeness
• File all project cost estimates documents neatly
