Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside surgeons, physicians, audiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced operating theatres, diagnostic technology, and comprehensive ENT care facilities.
Key responsibilities
Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of a wide range of ENT conditions.
Perform advanced ENT procedures including ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgeries according to clinical privileges.
Manage patients with complex ENT disorders including sinus disease, hearing disorders, airway conditions, and head and neck pathology.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiology, oncology, anaesthesia, audiology, and other specialties to ensure integrated patient care.
Provide expertise in emergency ENT cases including airway management, infections, trauma, and acute surgical conditions.
Participate in clinical governance activities, quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs.
Support teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities within the clinical team where required.
Requirements

American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
UK CCT / FRCS (ENT)
European Board Certification in Otorhinolaryngology
Royal College Certification (Canada)

Arab Board Certification
MD / MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
