☕ BARISTA – YILMART CAFE

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and passionate Barista to join our team!

💼 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and café equipment properly
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area
• Prepare and organize ingredients and bar supplies
• Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages or damaged items
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the Store Manager
• Report any stock discrepancies, equipment issues, or operational problems to the Store Manager
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
• Assist with general café operations when required
• Follow company recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Operate cashier/POS system & Process cash & cashless payments for customers order.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum High School / Vocational School graduate
• Previous barista or café experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
• Able to operate basic coffee equipment
• Friendly with good communication and customer service skills
• Clean, neat, disciplined, and responsible
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends & public holidays
• Passionate about coffee, beverages, and hospitality
• Able to operate basic computer/POS systems
